The Banquet Hall

A separate room. One long table.

Two hundred seats, full Mihrab orientation, screens for live khutbah audio when groups want it. Configurable in three layouts — long banquet, round-table family, or theatre seating for talks.

The banquet hall
200 Max capacity

A room that sits with the journey, not against it.

Hajj and Umrah groups arrive in waves. They've walked. They've prayed. They've already missed dinner once. Our hall is built around that reality — fast service, halal-certified throughout, prayer-time pauses honoured by the staff, and tables grouped so families don't have to negotiate seating.

Fifteen-minute setup between sittings. Multilingual menus printed on request. Children's chairs, prayer mats, and a separate ablution area on the same floor.

Braised Lamb Foreleg 01
First Plate

Braised Lamb Foreleg

ساق ضأن مطهي ببطء

Bone-in foreleg, marinated overnight in yogurt, garlic, and Bukhara spice. Slow-braised six hours, then crisped over open fire for the last fifteen minutes. Falls off the bone, and the bone gets passed around.

Lamb Neck Stew 02
Second Plate

Traditional Lamb Neck Stew

طاجن رقبة الضأن

The stew most families don't make at home anymore — neck cuts, dried apricot, quince, onion confit, and the long way of doing things. Seven hours on low heat, finished with fresh herbs. Pull-apart tender, deeply seasoned, the kind of dish that makes the room quiet.

Frequently Asked

The practical things.

If your question isn't here, send it on WhatsApp — the host writes back personally, usually within an hour during waking hours in Madinah.

Always. Service pauses fifteen minutes before each prayer call, the staff offers prayer mats and directs guests to the wudu area on the same floor. Hot dishes are held, not re-heated. Many groups time their booking around Maghrib, then stay for Isha — we plan around that.
30% of the estimated total holds your booking. Fully refundable up to 48 hours before the date. Within 48 hours, the deposit covers ingredient procurement and is non-refundable, but we can move the date once at no charge if your travel plans shift.
Yes. Mention them in the booking form — vegetarian, gluten, nut, dairy, shellfish, FODMAP. We confirm dish-by-dish at confirmation. The kitchen has separate prep stations for major allergens. All meat is halal-certified by Saudi standards.
Hajj season fills four to six weeks ahead. Umrah season (year-round, peaks in Ramadan) is more flexible — two weeks is usually enough. For Eid weekends and the last ten days of Ramadan, book a month ahead.
We don't operate transport, but we partner with ground operators in Madinah for groups over fifty. We can arrange a quote or work with your travel agent. From most haram-district hotels, a short walk through As Safiyyah Park is the more pleasant option.
No. Alcohol is not served anywhere in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our menu offers seventeen teas, sixteen lemonades, and a full coffee program — guests rarely notice the absence by the second course.
Yes — single invoice, single payment. We accept SAR, USD, and EUR. Card processing in SAR is included; foreign-currency cards may carry a small bank fee. Bank transfer is preferred for groups over 50.
