A family table that travelled.
Zohid Kebab began in Tashkent — a single restaurant on Novza, a tandoor in the open kitchen, and a family willing to stand by it. Eight years and six branches later, it became the kind of place locals send guests to.
In 2025 we opened our first restaurant outside Uzbekistan. Not in a capital — but in Madinah, two minutes from Masjid an-Nabawi. The same fire. The same hands. New guests, from every corner of the world.
"We didn't move the restaurant. We extended the table."
